Cassandra Goad is a renowned British luxury brand founded in London in 1985. We design and craft contemporary fine jewellery inspired by our travels, each collection telling a unique story.

We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Fine Jewellery Boutique Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will work across several areas of the business to deliver a fantastic luxury experience for our clients, drawing on 40 years of designs and with an emphasis on personalisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building informed and positive relationships with clients
  • Providing excellent customer service in-store and with customer follow-up
  • Achieving an in-depth and informed product, brand, and gemstone knowledge
  • Maintaining high standards on the boutique floors
  • Assisting with e-commerce sales
  • Assisting with the DAM image library
  • Assisting with photo shoots

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferable but not essential
  • Professional, ambitious, and enthusiastic about thoughtful crafted luxury with a fantastic eye for detail
  • Curious about the transformation of unworn jewels repurposing them for future generations
  • Passion for jewellery, its creation from raw materials and sustainability, design, and storytelling
  • Some knowledge of Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Able to create, plan, and execute projects to deadlines
  • Some retail experience would be helpful
