We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our children’s therapeutic home in South Croydon. As Lead Therapeutic Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the home’s current Good rating, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role within children’s residential care. You will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that meets the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the home’s current Good rating, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet the needs of each child
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete; company-sponsored training available)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role within children’s residential care
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
