About the Job: We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Children's Registered Manager to join our team at our therapeutic home in South Croydon. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team of staff and delivering high-quality care and support to children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children
  • Maintain and improve the current Good rating by ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote the well-being and safety of children


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or willingness to complete company-sponsored training
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within children's residential care
  • Experience of working with children and young people who have experienced trauma and adversity
