About the Role

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at AHM Recruitment Ltd t/a DEFC Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the bridging finance sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join a rapidly growing property lender based in the North West Region. Our client has a strong focus on short-term property lending and is committed to achieving excellence in this market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Work closely with our sales team to drive business growth and development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the bridging finance sector

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success
  • Extensive knowledge of the bridging finance sector and its requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
