Center Parcs offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, as a Kitchen Team Leader. This role is responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food to agreed company standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience and excellent communication skills. They will be able to build relationships with colleagues and provide general supervision and coaching to junior staff. The successful candidate will also assist with the management of cost of sales for their unit and minimising food wastage.

This is a full-time position, working 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. Hours of work may vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Salary: £27,600 per annum
