Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Leader to join our Food and Beverage department at Center Parcs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards.


About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work closely with the Assistant Kitchen Manager to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, providing general supervision and coaching to junior staff.


Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting with the management of cost of sales through effective use of the company ordering system
  2. Maintaining stock and portion control to minimize food wastage
  3. Deputising for the Assistant Kitchen Manager in their absence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Team Leader or similar position
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Naturally cheerful, patient, and friendly approach

Working Arrangements

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis, with varying days and hours of work each week.
