About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Buying and Merchandising End Point Specialist to join our team. As an Associate EPA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments that meet the needs of our learners and employer partners.

Your key responsibilities will include working with apprentices and their employers to plan, carry out, and report on End Point Assessments. You will use your expertise to make decisions regarding apprentice standards and overall grades, ensuring fair and independent assessment judgments against the standards' grading criteria.

In addition to your assessment duties, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date sector knowledge and carrying out administrative tasks. Requirements

  • Hold a wealth of professional experience in Buying and/or Merchandising, typically working as a Senior Buyer or Merchandiser within Retail.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of learners.
  • Show confidence in working autonomously, while also being a keen team player.
  • Possess excellent time management and administration skills.
