Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Contractual End Point Assessors. As an Associate EPA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our learners and employer partners.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with apprentices and their employers to plan, carry out, and report on End Point Assessments. This will involve making decisions regarding apprentice standards and overall grades, using your expertise to ensure fair and independent assessment judgments against the standards' grading criteria.

You will also be responsible for carrying out administration tasks and maintaining up-to-date sector knowledge. About You

  • Have a wealth of professional experience in Buying and/or Merchandising, typically working as a Senior Buyer or Merchandiser within Retail.
  • Be able to interact effectively with a wide range of learners, demonstrating empathy and strong communication skills.
  • Be confident in working autonomously, while also being a keen team player.
  • Possess excellent time management and administration skills.
