We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Working Administrator to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd.

About the Position:

This is a temporary role, lasting 1-2 months, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing neighbourhood responses, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and developing neighbourhood plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out customer visits, including gas visits, arrears visits, sign-ups, tenancy breaches, tenancy reviews, and mutual exchanges.
  • Collaborate with other teams, external agencies, and residents to maintain clean and safe neighbourhoods.
  • Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers, working with local resident groups.
  • Deliver a programme of regular estate inspections and prioritize fire safety risk assessment follow-up work.

Requirements:

  • Basic DBS disclosure required.
  • One year experience in a housing office or similar environment (transferable skills).
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages or equivalent.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
