Employment Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Solicitor to join our team at The Law Firm Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and be passionate about providing legal advice and representation to clients in employment-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of employment law issues
  2. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures
  3. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation
  5. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
  6. Represent clients in hearings and meetings

Requirements:

  1. Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Proven track record of handling complex employment law cases
