CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Ledger and Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role is critical in supporting daily accounting operations, including processing high volumes of sales invoices, performing credit checks, and assisting with month-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high-volume sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with scheduling.
  • Conduct credit checks on new customers using Credit Safe and assess creditworthiness.
  • Set up new customer profiles in the accounting system, ensuring complete and accurate data entry.
  • Internal communication with the finance and sales teams.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Support the Management Accountant in month-end duties and reporting.
  • Support in new systems implementation.

Suitable Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a sales ledger or accounts assistant role, preferably with high-volume invoice processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the finance and sales teams.
