Property Management Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join our team at Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for handling all administration processes, supporting the team, and liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate updates and records.
  • Manage tenancy agreements and the start of tenancy process, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Book and schedule pre-tenancy cleans, maintaining high standards of property presentation.
  • Handle end-of-tenancy processes, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of any issues.
  • Manage mass emails, maintaining effective communication with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Assist with CCTV monitoring, ensuring property security and integrity.
  • Handle post and key logs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring secure access.
  • Scan caretakers' sheets and manage caretakers' keys, ensuring efficient property management.
  • Coordinate meter readings, ensuring accurate records and timely billing.
  • Assist with property inspections, ensuring thorough and comprehensive assessments.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service and administration experience within the property industry.
  • Property experience is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure.
  • Motivated individual with a passion for property management.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000, depending on experience, and a Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm office-based schedule.
