We are seeking an experienced and efficient Front Desk Administrator to join our dynamic team at the Linden Medical Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy and supportive practice environment, providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

About the Role

As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the reception area, providing a high level of service to patients, doctors, nurses, and other members of the practice team. Your primary duties will include:

  • Receiving and directing patients, answering phone calls, and responding to requests from healthcare professionals;
  • Registering new patients, processing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records;
  • Working closely with the management team to ensure seamless communication and effective workflow.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of general practice operations and experience working in a similar environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different individuals and situations;
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using GP clinical systems;
  • A commitment to data protection and confidentiality, with a keen awareness of the importance of safeguarding sensitive information.
Salary and Benefits
