The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Functional Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in supporting the user base, ensuring smooth operation of D365 across our organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and effective support to users experiencing issues with D365, guiding them through resolution processes.
  • Leverage your expertise in key D365 modules to offer insightful guidance and solutions.
  • Collaborate with deployment teams during future implementations of D365 across various subsidiaries.
  • Contribute to the ongoing governance of the D365 solution, ensuring standardized processes and procedures are maintained.
  • Develop and refine operating procedures to optimize system functionality and user experience.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A solid understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) concepts and functionalities is essential.
  • You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong business acumen and analytical mindset are highly valued.
  • A higher education qualification is preferred.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous involvement in large-scale system implementation projects would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Renishaw's D365 program is a plus.
  • Experience working within a subsidiary operational environment is beneficial.
