Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team at Renishaw PLC. As a key member of our digital transformation programme, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for D365 users, resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of D365 functionality, staying up-to-date with the latest releases and updates.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and user documentation, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to end-users.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in application support, with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
