Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive basic salary of £36,400, with the potential to earn up to £51,400 OTE, plus a company car and various benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ensure the dealership is well-presented and compliant with manufacturer standards.
- Liaise with the Telesales and Retention Team to maximise profitability and achieve high standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales leadership within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
