Job Summary:

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Llandrindod Wells. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing specialist support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensure the safety of service users and follow care plans for each individual.
  • Take service users out into the community and participate in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Provide varying levels of personal care.

Requirements:

  • No experience is required, but a caring nature and ability to engage with individuals are essential.
  • Must be resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drivers are essential due to the location.
  • Candidates must be happy to provide personal care.
