Empathetic Care Support Worker Wanted

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible individual to join our Reablement and Care Support Worker team in Powys County Council.

As a Reablement and Care Support Worker, you will be part of a team providing care and support for residents to live well in their chosen place, doing what matters to them.

You will be working with a 'can do' attitude, being a good problem solver, honest and trustworthy, with a flexible approach to your work.

Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, a good listener, resourceful, punctual, reliable and a good team worker.
