Fantastic Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking several caring and passionate Support Workers to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs in Llandrindod Wells.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices, ensuring their safety, following care plans, and taking them out into the community. You will also participate in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips, and provide varying levels of personal care.

Requirements
  • No experience is required, but you must be resilient and have a drivers license due to the location.
  • You must be happy to do personal care and be able to engage with the people you support.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) + plenty of overtime available.
  • Full Time hours per week + 1 sleep per week.
  • A permanent contract with a variety of shifts, including optional sleeps and weekends.
  • Location: Llandrindod Wells.
