Fantastic Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a caring and passionate Support Worker to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs in Llandrindod Wells.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing specialist support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices
  • Ensure the safety of service users
  • Follow care plans for each individual
  • Take service users out into the community
  • Participate in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips
  • Varying levels of personal care
Requirements
  • No experience is required
  • Must be resilient
  • Drivers essential due to location
  • Candidates must be happy to do personal care
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) + plenty of overtime available
  • Full-time permanent contract
  • A variety of shifts, including optional sleeps, including weekends
  • Location: Llandrindod Wells
