Fantastic Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking several caring and passionate Support Workers to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs in Llandrindod Wells. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing specialist support to individuals, enabling them to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensure the safety of service users.
  • Follow care plans for each individual.
  • Take service users out into the community.
  • Participate in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.
Requirements:
  • No experience is required.
  • Must be resilient.
  • Drivers are essential due to the location.
  • Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) + plenty of overtime available.
  • Full Time hours per week + 1 sleep per week.
  • Permanent contract.
  • A variety of shifts, including optional sleeps and weekends.
  • Location: Llandrindod Wells.
