Legal Secretary/Office Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Legal Secretary/Office Manager to join our legal department at Connells Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secretarial work, with experience managing a professional office. Reporting directly to the General Counsel and Head of Legal, this role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Production of high-quality documents and emails for solicitors and managers within the department.
- Maintaining accurate records of opened files and cases.
- Creating detailed reports as required.
- Proficiency in audio transcribing.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- SUPPORTING the various teams within the department, including the privacy/GDPR team.
- Setting up video conferencing calls via Teams and Zoom.
- Managing office administration responsibilities, such as fire alarm testing, parking arrangements, attendance tracking, leave planner, and ordering office supplies.
- Handling incoming calls, transferring, and messaging within the department.
- Ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations.
