About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Administrative Professional to join our Legal and Secretariat Hubs team. As a key member of the LCR Executive Office, you will be responsible for coordinating central processes, developing your peer network, and delivering excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a flexible and collaborative approach, adapting to different leadership styles and business processes. You will work closely with other Executive Office teams across L&S and the Group, fostering strong relationships and contributing to a dynamic and open environment.

As an Administrative Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Counsel, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the General Counsel and the LCR team
  • Coordinating central processes, including Workday, expense management, and event organization
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across L&S and the Group
  • Supporting the development of the LCR team and contributing to a dynamic and inclusive work environment
