About the Role

The successful candidate will work in people's homes in Newbury, providing one-to-one support to individuals with learning disabilities. You will be responsible for adapting your support to meet the unique needs and preferences of each service user.

Key responsibilities include encouraging people to make their own choices, helping them develop life skills, and supporting them to participate in community activities. You will also have the opportunity to engage in creative pursuits and hobbies with our service users.

We offer competitive pay rates, ranging from £12.19 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including Care Friends, Wagestream, Blue light card, and more.
