To succeed in this role, you will be providing general administration support to colleagues and clients in a well-established training company based in Rotherham. The role is full-time, fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. Office hours are flexible to suit, i.e. 8-3, 9-4.

The Role:

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a full range of administration support, including being the first point of contact for incoming calls, processing orders, and assessing and prioritizing workload, often within tight deadlines and under pressure.

Main Duties:

  • Provide a full range of administration support

  • Processing orders
  • Able to assess and prioritize workload, often within tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Flexible attitude which demonstrates both a commitment to team working and working on own initiative, when required

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Good telephone manner
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally worked with Sage previously (desirable)
  • L2 Administration qualification (desirable)

Experience:

  • At least 3 years' experience in an Admin role within a fast-paced environment
