Job Title: Human Capital Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Management Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our Human Capital Management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human capital management strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compensation and benefits programs
  • Provide expert advice on executive compensation and benefits to senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Manage and analyze data to inform human capital management decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in human capital management, compensation, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices
