We are seeking a highly motivated Event Coordinator Professional to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and meetings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
  • Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and guests, responding to questions about hotel facilities and services.
