About the Role:

  • As a Production Management Assistant, you will provide technical and administrative support to the EMEA Creative team, including media management, QC, and delivery of promotional material.
  • You will assist the Production Co-ordinator and Creative Team in the delivery of all projects, ensuring compliance with BBC policies and guidelines.
  • Responsibilities include producing TX logs for edits and audio sessions, accurately entering transmission details into the scheduling database, and scheduling and managing material ordering for monthly promo production.
