**Part-time Financial Administrator Position**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-time Financial Administrator at One to One Support Services Limited. This role will involve providing administrative support to our finance department, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Raise and manage client and customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Track and maintain financial records, including purchase orders, contracts, and other supporting documents.
- Manage credit control, chasing overdue invoices, and updating our accounting system.
- Liaise with external partners to resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Process petty cash reconciliations and handle cash payments for DBS checks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for management.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, tracking spending and providing regular updates.
- Arrange travel and hotel accommodations for authorized personnel.
- Process payroll for the company.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in accounting software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
