Job Description

**Part-time Financial Administrator Position**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-time Financial Administrator at One to One Support Services Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and manage client and customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Track and maintain financial records, purchase orders, contracts, and other supporting documents as necessary.
  • Manage credit control, chase overdue invoices, and update the accounting program used by the company.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with external partners through regular communication.
  • Liaise with the small claims court regarding overdue invoices, following instruction from the Managing Director and Finance Manager.
  • Process petty cash reconciliations and handle cash payments for DBS checks.
  • Keep accurate financial records and prepare reports for the Managing Director.
  • Track and manage budgets and forecasts, providing regular reviews for the Finance Manager.
  • Arrange travel and hotel accommodations for authorized personnel.
  • Process payroll for the company.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems.

Working Hours:

The hours and days for this position are negotiable, and we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements that suit the successful candidate.
