About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Governance Specialist to join our Customer, Brand & Engagement (CB&E) function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end risk governance services, including the design and delivery of risk, process, and policy management reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver risk, process, and policy management reporting to ensure effective risk governance
  • Monitor critical control performance and loss events to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure communications have the greatest impact for our customers
  • Provide risk and compliance advice to senior stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of risk, policy, and process governance
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven attention to detail in delivering high-quality work outputs
  • Ability to identify themes and document them in reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of controls in relation to risk, policy, and process management
  • Knowledge of the SM&CR and associated regulatory requirements
