About the Role

Gama Aviation is seeking an experienced MRO System Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our MRO team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of our MRO ERP system across all elements of the MRO, ensuring consistent configuration and usage across all MRO locations within Gama.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our MRO ERP system and govern its use in line with Gama Aviation Procedures.
  • Prepare and provide training across the group to induct new employees and ensure existing employees receive continuation training.
  • Configure new starters for shift/warehouse access, overall permissions, signatures, and approvals.
  • Continually develop engineering training content by employee role for Corridor interaction and adherence to published regulatory procedures.
  • Ensure engineer refresher training is relevant by reviewing compliance audit findings against processes to reduce repeat findings.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in an MRO environment and extensive experience of MRO software within a Part 145 regulatory environment.
