Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and implement innovative care pathways and services to improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of our comprehensive Elderly Care service, including the management of acute and complex medical conditions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of junior medical staff and other healthcare professionals
Person Specification

We are looking for a Consultant with:

  • Recent comprehensive experience in Geriatric Medicine
  • MRCP (or equivalent) and full GMC registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Commitment to training and teaching junior medical staff and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner and adapt to changing priorities
