Job Title: Experienced Dealer

About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking an experienced dealer to join our team at The Barracuda, London. As a dealer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth gaming experience for our patrons.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and following guidance from the CADS and gaming supervisor to meet table demand and deliver fantastic service on the gaming floor.



Key Responsibilities

As an experienced dealer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acknowledge, welcome, and assist customers in gaming
  • Understand the games, payouts, and high-value members
  • Connect with first-time customers, explaining how the games are run
  • Follow guidance from the CADS and gaming supervisor to meet table demand and deliver fantastic service
  • Be aware of and prioritize safer gambling, looking out for signs of problem gambling and informing a manager


What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, a 1000 joining bonus*, a share of uncapped tips, premium pay allowance after midnight, and 50% off food and soft drinks across all Grosvenor and Mecca venues.

Our generous 1000 joining bonus is paid out in two installments of 500 after 6 months and 12 months (Terms and conditions apply).
