About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Poker Dealer to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, London Bayswater. As a key member of our gaming floor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring the smooth operation of poker games, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression
  • Deal poker games efficiently and accurately, while providing a memorable experience for players
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide dynamic and efficient service
  • Evaluate individual needs and act upon them to deliver an excellent quality experience
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and card room supervisor
  • Create a community-driven environment that fosters fun and engagement
  • Maintain impeccable technical standards in dealing, chip management, and rule enforcement
  • Interact with guests in a range of ways that cater to their experience and ability
  • Ensure the security of games, cash, and assets
  • Comply with all regulations, particularly licensing conditions and safer gambling practices

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience working as a poker dealer (essential)
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business and adapt to new ways of working
  • Good interpersonal skills and conflict resolution
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
