Job Description for Person Centred Care Worker
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Person Centred Care Worker. This role will involve working closely with residents to understand their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored care services to meet those needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of person-centred care, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- To work closely with residents to understand their needs and preferences
- To deliver person-centred care services, meeting residents' individual personal, social, and emotional needs
- To maintain accurate records of resident interactions and care plans
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., health and social care)
- Experience working in a care environment, preferably with vulnerable adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and make sound judgments
