Job Title: Resident Engagement and Activities Manager

Role Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Resident Engagement and Activities Manager. As part of our lifestyle team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activity programmes for our residents, promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver person-centred activity programmes, including outings, events, and one-to-one activities
- Manage the home's social media presence, creating engaging content for our Facebook page
- Handle budgets and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
