**About the Role**

We are seeking an organised and creative individual to join our team as a Activity Programme Coordinator. As a key member of our lifestyle team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a rich and engaging activity programme for our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas for activities. They will also be responsible for managing their own budget and ensuring that all paperwork is kept up to date.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including training and development opportunities.

  • A passion for working with older adults and creating engaging activity programmes
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
