About the Role

The wellbeing of our residents is a top priority. As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a rich and engaging activity programme that benefits our residents in countless ways.

From planning events to one-to-one activities, your creativity and organisation skills will be essential in ensuring our residents have a fulfilling experience.

You will also be responsible for managing our Facebook page with engaging content, taking care of your own budget, and keeping paperwork up to date. We encourage autonomy and self-management in this role.

We offer excellent rates of pay, paid NVQ qualification, ongoing wellbeing initiatives, and recognition awards for staff who go above and beyond.

In return, we ask for highly motivated and creative individuals who can think outside the box and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

We estimate an annual salary of £29,000 - £35,000 based on location and experience.
