About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Wellbeing and Engagement Lead. This role is responsible for promoting the health, happiness, and wellbeing of our residents through engaging activities and programmes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging activities and programmes to promote the wellbeing of residents
  • Manage budgets and ensure expenses are within allocated limits
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a paid NVQ qualification, ongoing wellbeing and mental health initiatives, and the opportunity to progress your career with our company.
