**Job Description:** Experienced Social Worker required for a challenging yet rewarding role within Hoop Recruitment LTD's Learning Disabilities Team in Swindon. The successful candidate will work closely with residents, their families, and multi-disciplinary teams to provide person-centered care and support.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assess client needs and develop support plans
  • Work collaboratively with professionals from health, provider services, safeguarding, and mental health
  • Contribute to the development of the team and participate in the duty rota
  • Manage a caseload of clients with learning disabilities

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 6 months experience working in the UK as a registered social worker
  • A relevant Social Work Qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or willing to apply for a DBS
  • 3 years of referencing
  • Driving license with access to a car to travel across the County
