Senior Designer Opportunity

Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join a successful creative agency. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for transforming people's experiences through inspiring visual creations that stop them in their tracks, make them think, and help them never forget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interpret and deliver design briefs from internal team members and external clients
  2. Develop and deliver design and artwork for specified projects and briefs in various media types
  3. Support other business divisions with design services
  4. Contribute to the introduction of new technologies and design methodologies
  5. Collaborate with clients to provide creative design solutions
  6. Work closely with the design team to deliver innovative project results
  7. Deliver project elements in both on-site and off-site locations
  8. Work with the design manager and print team to develop new ways of working
  9. Contribute to maintaining the company's reputation as a highly creative business
  10. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends

This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to work flexibly and undertake other duties as required.

Requirements
  1. Professional design experience
  2. High-level experience in various design media
  3. Experience working in corporate organizations
  4. Strong visualizing, design, and creative skills
  5. Experience preparing files for print
  6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  7. Ability to coordinate digital files, people, and time
  8. Project logistics and organization skills
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  10. Effective communication skills
  11. Willingness to work outside normal office hours
