Field Based Account Manager

Rightmove is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Based Account Manager to join our team. As a Field Based Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing designated customers on a day-to-day basis to achieve activity and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of customers to achieve sales and activity targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and present bespoke advertising solutions to customers.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide product and service training to customers to ensure they have a clear understanding of our offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Telephone Account Management and Customer Service, to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
