Field Based Account Manager

Rightmove is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Based Account Manager to join our team. As a Field Based Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing designated customers on a day-to-day basis to achieve activity and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of customers to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and present bespoke advertising solutions to customers.
- Conduct regular account reviews to prove value and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the estate agency industry and stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
