Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Leasing Manager to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our Expansion function, you will be responsible for managing the store portfolio in a specific geographic region, negotiating lease contracts with property owners, and driving long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate lease contracts with property owners to obtain the best possible deals.
  • Manage the store portfolio, including new stores and lease actions for existing stores.
  • Recommend business cases for approval by country management, taking into consideration market strategy, location requirements, commercial idea, configuration of space, economic and legal terms.
  • Support the legal and construction process, ensuring compliance with local requirements and dependencies.
  • Cross-collaborate with stakeholders to secure input in project time plans and service scope delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or a similar role within the UK&IE retail market.
  • Good understanding of retail customer, lease contracts, and legal requirements.
  • Business drivers and H&M values.
  • Strong planning and execution skills, with a self-motivating way of working.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable to changes.
