The Air Ambulance Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our retail stores, ensuring that they are run efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the store's appearance, managing stock levels, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a retail management role, with experience of leading and motivating a team. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring that it is clean and tidy
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring that the store is fully stocked at all times
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the store
  • Leading and motivating a team of staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers
  • Managing the store's budget and ensuring that it is run efficiently and effectively

Person Specification:

  • Proven track record of success in a retail management role
  • Experience of leading and motivating a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage a budget and ensure that the store is run efficiently and effectively

You are expected and encouraged to raise and escalate appropriately any potential breaches or areas for improvement regarding the above.

The role is subject to a Basic DBS check.
