Deputy Store Manager

At Iceland, we're looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent position that requires a real passion for retail and a hands-on approach.
As a Store Supervisor, you'll work alongside the Store Manager and the wider store team to deliver excellent business standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing availability across the store.
- Driving sales in store and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Providing fast and efficient service every day by supporting and communicating with the store team.
- Ensuring the implementation of correct store policies and procedures.
- Celebrating colleague and business success.
