About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing professional support to our Senior Facilities Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Monitoring: Monitor all activities relating to the site, reporting and taking action as appropriate.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with Health and Safety on site, maintaining records, using the Meridian system, and involvement with contractor management as appropriate.
  • Meter Readings: Conduct meter readings within all required buildings.
  • Maintenance and Technical Assistance: Respond to requests for maintenance / technical assistance in person, via telephone and electronically.
  • Research and Problem-Solving: Research questions and solutions using available information resources, advising the Building Manager/SFM the appropriate actions.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
  • Issue Routing: Route issues and requests to the correct resource, track progress and document resolutions.
  • Tenant Liaison: Liaise with tenants and deal with any operational queries they might have.
  • PPM and Repair Programme: Work in conjunction with the SFM ensuring a PPM and repair programme is in place.
  • Work Programmes: Manage work programmes on site in conjunction with the LFM, acting as the liaison point for all parties involved.
  • P2P System: Manage the P2P (Purchase to Pay) system and respond to any related queries or requests as appropriate.
  • Financial Data Integration: Integrate financial data (such as quotations and purchase orders) with the specific maintenance tasks.
  • Activity Reports: Prepare activity reports and provide statistical data to the Building Manager to inform operational strategy.
