The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice on a wide range of regulatory matters affecting the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory law and experience working with financial institutions. They will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting and Advising on Regulations
    • Providing expert advice on regulations issued by relevant regulatory bodies
    • Ensuring that policies and procedures are compliant with the evolving regulatory landscape
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Operating as the primary legal resource for all regulatory queries
    • Liaising closely with the Compliance team to implement regulatory compliance programs
  • Contract Negotiation and Drafting
    • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other related documentation in line with regulatory obligations
  • Lead Counsel for Investment Funds
    • Acting as lead counsel on the legal formation and launch of investment funds across various asset classes
    • Identifying and mitigating associated legal risks related to fund operations and investments
