Responsibilities:

* Interpret and advise on regulations issued by relevant regulatory bodies.
* Serve as the primary legal resource for all regulatory queries.
* Ensure policies and procedures are compliant with the evolving regulatory environment.
* Liaise with the Compliance team to implement regulatory compliance programs.
* Deliver expert counsel on intricate regulatory matters, including custodial, licensing, and risk management.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and documentation in line with regulatory obligations.
* Act as lead counsel on legal formation and launch of investment funds across various asset classes.
* Identify and mitigate associated legal risks in fund operations and investments.
* Provide timely and accurate counsel on regulatory changes and their consequences.
